Description

Black silk velvet; bodice attached to skirt; standing band collar; long fitted sleeves; several black velvet buttons (at center front closure) from neck to hip; bodice boned and lined with white silk twill; smocking at front below bodice; velvet draped at sides in polonnaise style, skirt has silk moire waistband, bustle pad, hook and eye closure; casing and tape ties for bustle; train; lined with brown buckram; hem of train and skirt has pleated buckram dust ruffle trimmed with lace. Pocket on right side.
