Simple curvilinear pine headboard with heavy birch three-piece headposts, the upper and lower sections turned and tapered toward ends; medial square section of posts joining square birch side rails ending at heavy mahogany three piece foot posts; bottom and top sections rope turned with foliage carving tapering at ends; medial squares with brass medallions join straight pine foot board; Sheraton-influenced design; modern pine tester frame.
