Blue figures silk damask, floral garland stripe; twill ground; brim is stiffened with wire to stand almost upright; brim has rounded edges; crown is trimmed with self-piping and self-ribbon bow, also trimmed with beige silk fringe; beige satin bow above neck brim and neck ruffle lined with chartreuse yellow silk; brim is stiffened with paper? covered with buckram; very long blue silk satin ties at neck; bows stiffened with wires.
