Description

A section of plate beam with dove-tail mortise and end of joist remaining in it on top surface of beam. Attached to the interior surface of the plate are vertical plants 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" thick and butting each other (in place of studs) and held on by pegs. Extending up at a diagonal are rafter feet. The plate has been cut out to receive the shape of the foot.
