Description

This large black velvet hat is embellished with two large feather elements made from partially stripped quills (creates long tipped feathers) with black chenille "ears"; broad brim is narrower at back; black rayon lining with drawstring. Retailer's label on interior. Missing decorative hatband, possibly removed for updating and never replaced.
