Tapered cann-shaped mug with four-tiered stepped base enclosing a recessed glass bottom; circular mouth with slightly flared lip; applied S-scroll handle rising above lip; molded circular medallion in relief on front consisting of eagle grasping arrows with crossed crew oars at bottom.
