Description

Side chair. Mahogany with white pine corner blocks. Serpentine crest rail with central shell carving and carved molded ears. Stiles have rounded backs. Pierced splat with owl-eye central design. Original loose seat with small brackets nailed at rear corners of seat rails. Rests on creased cabriole legs terminate in ball and claw feet with raked claws and rear club feet.
