Tapered cylindrical form with four-tiered stepped base; circular mouth with wide bead along edge; S-scroll handle with flat spur at top; applied brass medallion centered by incised banding with blue enameled flag with "UBC" and "UNION BOAT CLUB/ORG. 1851. INC 1907."
