Description

Side chair. Mahogany; soft maple front and side seat rails; beech corner braces. Serpentine crest rail with vegetal carving. Scrolled pierced splat with ogee arch central piercing. Rests on Marlborough legs. Rope beaded edge on stiles and legs. "H" stretcher and rear stretcher, inscribed "Wallace Burke" in pencil on inside of rail.
