Description

Leather covered silver case, with multiple beading around base, cover and hinging area. Press circular knob to open; bottom marked Sarah Bromfield (who according to Edmund Quincy is the maternal grandmother of Josiah Quincy, President of Harvard. A street in Boston is named for this family also one on the old estate in Quincy.) Interior contains compartment for utensils to be screwed onto silver tapered handle. Fork, knife and toothpick remain.
