Impressed mark: "S BOWNE". Oval bowl with pointed tip. Thin shaft swelling to an ovoid handle with slightly curved under pointed tip. Bright-cut oval paterae type decoration, typical of Federal period, with swag inner border enclosing initials "E.S.M."
