Federal style, slender elements, no carving. Crest rail is flat across top and front, curves slightly. Five slender balusters at center of back. Arms curve down from high on the rounded stiles. Seat is trapezoid, over upholstered. Legs are turned, tapered stretcher is undecorated and low to the ground.
