Windsor armchair. Originally designed as a sackback windsor. Before chair was converted to a bowback, it had thirteen spindles in back, which were cut off at armrail to make the present back form. Arm rail has plugged holes for crest rail that is now missing. Thick three-board seat has brace screwed to underside. Present blue paint covers earlier coats of green, salmon, and white. H-shaped stretchers. Rests on turned legs.
