Tall and narrow form with single board panels; exterior painted light blue; interior painted white; five inch wide board nailed to left side as door jamb; hasp screwed to jamb; hinged door; two triangular-shaped interior iron hinges; six shelves in various sizes added at different dates; some shelves covered with paper; lock on door panel; simple construction; paint not original.
