Description

White clay body with pearl glaze; deep rectanguloid bowl form with canted and lobed corners with molded scroll border design and squared handles at each side conforming molded foot; blue transfer decoration of central romanticized scene of Gothic ruins with three tourists at right; elaborate medieval style leafy scroll border with stylized floral reserves.
