White clay body with grayish white glaze; deep bowl form with wide circular mouth and high foot ring; overglaze enamel decoration; polychrome floral basket enclosed by heart and wreath on front with modified arrow border; interior border of blue band with gilt stars, red and black line secondary borders; sprig in bottom.
