Description

White silk ribbon with wide, centered satin-weave stripe on a plainweave ground. Ribbon is block printed with two repeats of an American flag flying on a pole, facing proper left, in red and blue (white is the ground textile showing through), with the word "Union." in block letters beneath. Each flag has seven red stripes and six white stripes, with 35 stars arranged in a circle.
