Description

Red, white and blue striped ribbon with stamped silver eagle at top with attached pin. Central gold-toned stamped metal badge depicting profile portrait of George Washington. Badge edged with an image of a closed belt embellished with an inscription [see Inscriptions], with armorial cluster at top with date and a second horizontal ribbon below bearing the dates 1776/1876. Triangular folded edge of ribbon embellished with a metal bell.
