Description

Cream pitcher with bulbous circular body in ginger-jar form with circular foot. Swells at shoulder to a circular neck with shaped and spouted mouth and elongated c-shaped handle.
Molded white clay body with colorless glaze. Over glaze maroon/oxblood ground imitating oriental wares. Over glaze thickly painted floral gilt decoration in pseudo-Japanese style. Diapered border bands.
