Cream-colored clay body. Square plate with undulating edges, wide rim and square well. Blue transfer printed and hand painted decoration. Renaissance-revival style/neoclassical swag and oval medallions and mustard, red, and olive green colors, alternating with a fan shell and wreath motif. Mustard-yellow edging. Reg No. 662,271. Printed green mark.
