Description

Silver colored body. Cast decoration. A) bulbous circular body with ribbed effect at base; circular foot. Shaped spouted mouth with scrolled relief decoration at edge. Similar decorated C-shaped handle. Conforming hinged lid with elaborate thumb piece or spur with leafy terminus. Marked “(globe) MFT + Plated by Reed + Barton/3511”. B) Under plate. Simple circular saucer form with wide rim, canting to cup ring. Marked as above.
