Demi-lune form with slightly overhanging top with straight edge, over a conforming apron. Surmounted by smaller demi-lune case enclosing a single drawer with a walnut mushroom-type pull. Turned legs are round with square block over ring turnings at top and tapering to flattened round feet. Nail construction. Deep matte red paint with gilt banding overall; red is painted over gesso (possibly original).
