Bowl-shaped ash splint basket with round base, flared sides and opposing splint loop handles attached to carved wood rim. The basket has one wide yellow weaver below the rim. The rest of the weavers are narrow. There are several rows of yellow (now mostly faded) weavers at mid-body, a green weaver above the base, and alternating natural and black standards. Probably Algonquin (American Indian).
