Description

Ivory silk satin; two bands of self-piping around edge of brim; crown has inserted pleated band of contrasting satin ribbon with bow; ivory satin neck ruffle, gathered around crown, and extending in points to brim; neck ruffle has piped edge; ivory satin ribbon ties are pinned to lining; brim lined with ivory satin; the whole is lined with stiffened buckram; applied satin band around edge of brim lining.
