Light blue corded uncut silk velvet; trimmed with self rosette on top with white lace; neck ruffle edged with white lace and tulle; face of brim trimmed withs tulle, white lace, large pink artificial flowers, buds, berries and leaves; lined with canvas, wool batting and cream silk; wire frame; wide blue taffeta ribbon ties.
