Green silk; brim has double, piped self-fabric ruffle; ten cane hoops; front band has wire; center back horseshoe shaped insert backed with cardboard, with self-bow; neck ruffle; green silk ribbon ties at neck; green silk ribbon cord attached across front at sides (for pulling hat over hair).
