Sheer discolored white dotted swiss; waistband of same material; ties divided into three sections, first section a continuation of waistband; second section same width but shorter than first, divided by seam , single layer, hemmed at sides and end, end edged with lace. Two front patch pockets edged with lace at top opening; gathered at waist; thicker thread woven into selvages for added support; ruffle edged with lace attached at hem. Length - mid calf.
