White cotton embroidered with white stylized flowers with pink silk lining; wide "Bertha" collar with lace ruffle; lace rosette at neck front; bell shaped 3/4 length sleeves with lace ruffle and narrow tucks, center front opening trimmed with lace ruffle, reveals pink silk lining; three bands of tucks and lace ruffles at hem; pleated silk dust ruffle over hook and eye at neck.
