Black and white striped cotton; Jacket (A) - shawl collar with wide pointed lapels; 3/4 sleeves; decorative inset waistcoat panels of black silk chine' with pink roses; three pairs of decorative large shell buttons, with seam frogs; hook and eye closure center front; scalloped hem, with extended points at sides; matching skirt (B) - smooth front; fullness gathered at back; overlapping hook and eye closure at back.
