Description

Irridescent purple taffeta with white pinstripes; sheer lawn collar, embroidered with floral sprays, french knots and scalloped edge; inner collar (chemisette) of same with overlap snap closure; long sleeves with scalloped, piped edge, and undersleeves of net with same embroidered lawn at cuffs; dress has self-"vest" effect, with lappets at front and self belt; dress has shorter overskirt with same scalloped edge as sleeves, flared sides, and sash at back; underskirt is straight with plain hem; decorative black covered buttons on lappets and center front; hook and eye and snap closure; bodice is boned and lined with white china silk; rubberized dress shields.
