Description

Blue and black striped ground with chine' pattern of polychrome circular shapes in various sizes; V-neck with striped and lace collar with ruffles along shoulder to waist front; striped "vest" with scalloped peplum with black satin piping; long lilac crepe sleeves with striped chine' cuffs and lace ruffle; sleeves have an extension or wing; just above cuff, trimmed with lace; boned; fully lined with black taffeta; skirt has stitched pleats to hips; and slight train with pointed hem at back; hook and eye closure; several groups of decorative black satin buttons on "vest."
