Sheer white and stiffened cotton; Bodice (A) - polka dotted, turned down collar with lace ruffle; polka dotted band at center front placket, upper arm and cuffs - all have lace trim; narrow and wide tucks all around bodice; narrow tucks and piping above dotted band at upper arm and above cuffs; mid section of sleeve is very puffed; darts at front; natural waist; bright blue grosgrain bows at cuffs and shoulders; Skirt (B) - matching skirt - smooth front with cartridge pleats at back; hook and eye waistband; hem has lace ruffle; polka dotted band, and section of wide and narrow tucks (same as bodice); train.
