White tulle with tiny embroidered silk flowers; tulle pleated around crown; wired crown & brim; stiffened netting throughout bonnet; pleated neck ruffle; brim & neck ruffle trimmed with scalloped black netting; inside brim lined with scalloped tulle; white taffeta ribbon covering wire at brim & crown back; inside lining of white tulle; starched cotton sprays of light purple lilacs with green leaves at crown and inside brim; white taffeta neck ties; long & wide taffeta ribbon bow ties.
