Description

Double layer of chiffon consisting of dark blue over tan, with ivory satin lining; blouson bodice embroidered with medallion in gold and blue silk thread, with pink beads and multicolored thread in vermiculate pattern; lace ruffle around medallion; embroidered V-border at back; double sleeves (tan undersleeves with embroidered medallion); decorative black velvet belt; black velvet piping at neckline; hook and eye closure at back; bodice lined with ivory taffeta at taffeta ruffle to enhanse blouson effect; skirt drawn up at right front with diamond medallion with strands of pink beads; blue chiffon panel at center back tohem; hem of satin lining lined with cream wool; slight train.
