FAN (A): Long ebonized sandalwood sticks and guards; sticks are pierced; right guard has metal ornament; sheer black silk leaf edged at top and sides with lace and painted with red and yellow flowers; metal ring. BOX (B): Covered in gold satin and lined with ivory satin; hinged lid.
