Square blue glass pedestal above with leaf and vine motif surmounted by circular brass beaded and knopped stem terminating in flame-shaped, colorless, glass knop. Scalloped, dished circular drip pan. Nine strings of three teardrop-shaped crystals hang from edge. Bulbous shaped colorless glass socket has flaring scalloped mouth.
