Square, stepped base with chamfered corners. Round shaft projects upward from several incised rings. Knop turning above columnar shaft terminates in vasiform socket with wide flaring bobeche. Secondary cylindrical column extends at knop turning, recessing into lower column. Metal ring on underside controls rise and fall, in the manner of a "push-up".
