Federal period. Sheraton style card table with serpentine sides and elliptical front. Conforming hinged top with double band of checkered inlay along edge. Frontal skirt decorated with a rectangular mahogany veneer panel with central oval reserve of burled maple; central panel flanked by simple maple panels. Corners of skirt with half-round molded edge. Four reeded tapered legs terminating in bulb swelled ankles above peg feet; one leg swings out.
