Description

Rectangular with flat bottom. Flat well with wide rim and sides rounding outward. Underside and top painted semi-gloss black with gilt scrollwork painted border. Central design: enamelled floral arrangement with large roses, buds and smaller blossoms. "Antique" or burnished-like deep gilt finish.
