Sheer white cotton; high collar with cellulose boning and bands of lace inserted; second (turned down) collar with whitework floral embroidery matching that on bodice, with lace ruffle; floral garland embroidered along center front and back forming V-yoke at back, and around cuffs; full, long sleeves; false front closure with pairs of white cloth covered buttons; button closure with placket at center back; narrow tucks along center front; blouson-style - originally gathered at waist; interior waistband of wide cotton tape.
