Description

Cream silk taffeta; self waistband with hook and eye closures in back; smooth top; graduated vertical tucks at knee level followed by two rows of appliqued ruffles, five rows of horizontal tucks, then three rows of appliqued ruffles; under-flounce with ruffled hem attached at knee level; inverted pleat center back; buttonhole below waistband in front; slight train.
