Cream silk taffeta; hook and eye closure at pleated center back; pocket on right side; lined to the knee in cream wool flannel; ruffled hem with scalloped edge; over ruffle, attached at knee, of sheer cream cotton with rows of horizontal tucks interspersed with bands of floral lace; band of lace at knee threaded with cream satin ribbon tying in bow on left side.
