Green wool (baize) strip. Printed gold border of repeating leaf and flower within frieze; scrolling looped leaves alternate with thorned acorn vine. At corners, floral cartouches placed at angles. At center, oval medallion with six leaf and crown border around center potted plant. Raw edges.
