Body (A) is pink silk taffeta, plain; scalloped edge trimmed with pink, vertical chenille; dark brown wood with elaborate knob handle; handle is silver plated brass, lavender enamel collar; top of knob is same lavender enamel with garland of pink roses and green leafed branches; brass tip and points; spokes covered with silk; closure is silk strap and brass ring and button. Cover (B) is white cotton striped herringbone; hole at top with drawstring at bottom.
