Quart-size clear glass bottle with embossed lettering on sides and bottom; horizontal bands around middle and base; transferred painted lettering front and back; also on neck to left of Mass Seal, transferred seale: "Attested / by/ Hood's Supertest Council" and Jersey Belle logo with "Hood's Priceless Protection" on other side; raised "teeth" around rim.
